What a fun parade year. The kids loved it! Hattie especially. She would clap and cheer at all the floats. It was so funny watching her go for the candy. She would dart out onto the road and grab them as fast as she could, throw them on the blanket in the pile and run back out for more. She would have such a serious expression on during her runs and would be doing the splits or reaching through her legs to grab her candies. Tanner sat near my dad and watched silently, only occassionally getting up for some treats. What a difference in temperment those two have.
