I love trying to do fun themes for the kids for meals just to spice things up a little. The Buzz Lightyear cake was an obvious success. Tanner was SO excited to get it!
My next attempt at a Dr. Seuss night was a total flop. I made Green eggs and Ham by doing green deviled eggs and died the ham buns green. I had 7 layer dip in the face of Horton the Who and chips color coordinated and shaped in the Cat and the Hat's hat, oh and Blue Goo drink. I thought it was cute and whitty since we rented Horton hears a Who to watch. The kids and Larry, however, were in a grumpy mood. Better luck next time!
